Nexerse expanded aluminum is versatile, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, highly conductive, and offers 2D and 3D appearance with virtually no scrap in the manufacturing process, further reducing material costs. An ideal replacement for carbon steel due to its high strength-to-weight ratio, low density, and aesthetic finish, expanded aluminum is designed to allow control of light, sound, air, gas, liquids, and channels, making it ideal for many applications.

Our expanded aluminum is made from aluminum sheets or coils that are simultaneously cut and stretched to form a rigid mesh with profiled openings. We offer standard 3D, flat 2D, diamond, square, round hexagon and architectural patterns. All products are available in a variety of controlled openings and in sheet or coil sizes to meet your product specifications. We extend most aluminum alloys to meshes from foil to plate.

Expanded aluminum metal mesh is mostly used in common industrial and commercial areas, such as: sun visors, enclosures, ceilings, lighting, retail shelving and displays, etc. We offer anodized, painted and powder coated finishes to enhance the aesthetics and protection of your product.
