Precision Micromesh

All materials are quality and process assured to ISO 9001 or AS9100

Expanded metals and polymers are produced on expanding lines designed to meet strict product specifications. The mesh is available from most metals, alloys and polymers. The number of openings as well as corresponding open areas are infinitely variable.Infill panels.

  • Single unit material structure

  • Anti-ravel

  • Multiple opening profiles

  • Flexible

  • Easily formed

Precision expanded materials are available in 3-D and 2-D profiles, provide improved strength and weight reduction, and may reduce costs.

MICROMES

MicroMesh is produced from most light gauge metals and foils into a high precision mesh material. MicroMesh exhibits solid mechanical characteristics and excellent electrical properties.Single unit material structure

  • Lightning Strike Protection

  • Batteries.

  • Composites

  • Renewable Energy

  • Shielding

MicroMesh is available in Aluminum, Copper, Inconel, Nickel, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Zinc and most any ductile alloy.

The unique values of stainless steel and the expanded metal mesh makes it an often overlooked materialselectionWitha a higher initial cost than carbon and aluminum it is often the best overall value over the life of a project.Annealing after manufacture eases formability

We manufacture stainless expanded metal in 200300and 400 series material along with nickel alloyed grades.

Parallel Lines

Nexerse

We have mature material manufacturing experience and are a leading domestic expanded metal mesh manufacturer and customized solutions manufacturer

Material

Nexerse is capable of working with a variety of different materials. Some of these materials include Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, and more. Here are examples of the most popular materials we use.

We can also provide custom alloys of one metal with another or several metals to increase its rigidity and corrosion resistance to meet the unique needs of your application.

copper.jpg

  Copper

Copper is soft and ductile, and also has good thermal and electrical conductivity, making it a safe and recyclable metal material. It is mostly used for heat dissipation of electrical appliances, Faraday cages, architectural decoration, etc.

Cupro-Nickel .jpg

Cupro-Nickel

Cupro-Nickel is a copper-nickel-zinc alloy with nickel as the main element. The color is silvery white. It has a silvery appearance but does not contain silver elements. The general composition is 60% to 90% copper, and the rest is mixed with nickel and zinc. The nickel content is approximately between 10% and 30%.

Titanium .jpg

Titanium

Titanium has a low density and has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of all metal elements. Highest corrosion resistance in seawater and chlorine. Additionally, titanium is non-magnetic and has low thermal and electrical properties.

Nickel .jpg

Nickel

Nickel is a silver-white metallic material that is magnetic, highly ductile and conductive. In addition, it is not easy to oxidize in the air, and is often used to make special steel and other alloys, catalysts, etc.

Weathering-Steel .jpg

Weathering-Steel

Weathering steel is made of ordinary carbon steel with a small amount of corrosion-resistant elements such as copper and nickel added. ~8 times, and the paintability is 1.5~10 times that of ordinary carbon steel. At the same time, it has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance and longevity of components, thinning and consumption reduction, labor saving and energy saving.

Uses

Micromesh is a precision expanded mesh manufactured according to specific weight and size requirements. The quality and workmanship of all materials comply with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards. We use most commercially available or proprietary malleable materials or alloys to manufacture plates or coils with a thickness of 0.001 "or (25 µ m) and a width of 48" (1250mm). Microgrid expanded metals are used in various applications. Common uses of microgrid include: Lightning protection of composite structure

Battery

Heating

Medical treatment

Retail store display

Sound horn net cover

Water treatment

Ventilation / HVAC

EMI / RFI shielding

Filtration

Acoustics

Fuel cell

Features &  Benefits

While the micromesh can be wet or dry like sandpaper, it differs from sandpaper in that its backing is made of flexible cloth and latex. The main advantage of Micro-Mesh is that it is easier to reach small or irregular surfaces, and it reduces the chance of the item you are working on getting scratched.

Micro-Mesh grade rules range from 1,500 to 12,000 (1,500 Micro-Mesh is equivalent to 400 grit sandpaper). Micro-Mesh MXD contains diamonds instead of crystals used in other Micro-Mesh products, and it comes in different grades of roughness, from 40 MXD to 1800 MXD. As a comparison, the 120 MXD gave a scratch pattern similar to that of 180 sandpaper.

Finishing

At present, we have independently developed and accumulated a variety of mesh molds, and are familiar with the applicable scenarios of each hole type. We can choose or re-develop the best hole type expanded metal mesh products according to your application needs to meet your needs in load-bearing, aesthetics, Ventilation, shading and other needs. Micromesh products are available in a variety of base metals and alloys, including brass, copper, nickel, titanium, zinc, mild steel, silver, aluminum and stainless steel. Micromesh products can be finished with anodizing, e-coating, painting, powder coating, anodizing, e-coating, painting, powder coating or composite finish options.
